Very cool book. It has good insight into things like rumination and positive and negative emotions with many mindfulness exercises for these challenges. I enjoy the examples personal stories of when someone has difficult thoughts or emotion and then how they would use mindfulness in that situation. Great guide for the small business owner

We work closely with over 50 small business owners in the Hartford area. We've given complimentary copies of this book to all of our clients. We set up a 4 month process, using the book as a guide, to help them develop their vision for the future and a plan to get there. The case studies really help make it real. Not only have we received very positive feedback from our clients about the book, I found that it gave me a lot of ideas for re-working my own vision and strategic plan for my business coaching practice .
